I got errors with files converted from Mp4 to WebM. The following file resulted in transcoding errors: Trying Win8 x86 on an HP Slate 500 and a bunch of issues First - who decided to leave 1024x600 behind? Most netbooks are in this resolution.

If your site has a ton of images and video, but you don't want to cut down on any of it, lazy loading might be just the technique you need to improve initial page load time and lower per-page payload.

Just like a ZIP file can contain any sort of file within it, video container formats only define how to store things within… This is done to simulate the intended behavior of the browser because disabling the actual Flashplayer behavior of blocking system / browser keys is not possible.
